As an academic department chair at Kaplan University, Lori Tripoli oversaw the Master of Science in Legal Studies as well as the graduate and undergraduate environmental policy and management programs and the undergraduate political science program. She was responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring a team of 60-plus instructors and making sure that they complied with applicable university policies and procedures.
Lori Tripoli is knowledgeable about distance learning and student support, particularly for nontraditional students. She has developed individual courses as well as entire programs.
